Shine Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company of energy saving power items, developing with the registered capital of RMB1, 000, 000 and workshops of over 8, 500 square meters. Shine Lighting Technology was established in 2008 as a Commercial Lighting Division of Dongguan Jili Plastic Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1996 and invested almost RMB10, 000, 000 in four departments, including Hardware Tooling Dept. and Plastic Tooling Dept.

Shine Lighting Technology is operating under ISO9000:2001 and ISO14000 quality management systems. Depending on several automatic production lines (SMT), a variety of imported high-end equipment (Tooling and Injection) and strict quality control, all parts of lamps are tested by IQC, IPQC and QA staff in house and tested under SGS and TUV systems by the third party.
